Try this Custom CSS: .user-items-list-carousel__slide { border-radius: 42px; } Adjust the 42px to whatever value works for your design.

Try this Custom CSS: 

.user-items-list-carousel__slide {
    border-radius: 42px;
}

Adjust the 42px to whatever value works for your design.
