Code blocking navigation menu

I cannot see the navigation menu in the mobile version of my site. Squarespace customer service team suggested that the code I have added to my CSS panel is causing the issue.

The page navigation options open when I click the location on screen that the menu would appear from but the button itself is not showing up. 

Has anyone else had this issue or provide any help?

Because you have this code in CSS box, it will hide burger menu. Find and remove it

    visibility: hidden;
}
