Transfer Blog Comments from 7.0 to 7.1

Hey, all! 
Is it possible to migrate blog comments from 7.0 to 7.0? And if so, how?!? Google hasn't been much help in even finding an answer.

This plugin can help with transferring content, but I'm not certain that comments will transfer with the blog.

@Ziggy That was the plugin that I used to migrate my blog. The comments didn't come with it. 

So, what I ended up having to do, was *on Google Chrome* use the Wordpress work-around, as well. This does NOT work on Apple.

Ah, disappointing, generally a very reliable and useful plugin.

Yes, that doesn't always work well, but I'm glad it did for you!
