announcement-bar There's a padded gap & spacing issues between my announcement bar & my gradient header

I'm not sure why, but this morning, I took a look at my website build and there's now a gap between the announcement bar and the gradient header when the two should be touching. Also, when it converts to mobile, the words all jumble together. I've tried removing any custom code from the site, but nothing seems to remove the glitch. What can I do?
