Help! My clients mobile site buttons are not allowing a user to scroll on to a new section after they click the first button on iphones

I have a google phone and the website www.megabiteseventsandcatering.com works great and has no scrolling issues. My client contacted me when their client was struggling to scroll down from the first section they looked at and fill in a form to contact her. After they pressed their first button, they couldn't scroll to the form to contact her. On a desktop site there were no issues on my MacBook. But when I tried on my partners iPhone 13 ProMax the same scrolling issue popped up. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? 

Disclaimer- I'm not code or web design fluent. I'm just piecing this together for my client.

You mean when clicking this button?

Just any button on the page and it would scroll back that button any time you tried to read the rest of the page. Thanks
