Embedding Ecommerce Site into Secondary Website

I am re-launching our website as an e-commerce site. I work with approximately 50 dealers/galleries who will then embed our website within theirs. The issue is - the e-commerce portion is not transferring over. Everything else transfers properly, but the "add to cart" button itself cannot be found on the secondary website. Is this even possible? And if so, how does one accomplish it?

A little background: Our website, authorizedgallery.com, serves as a platform for other galleries to embed into their business's website. Due to the nature and regulations of our business, everything must be heavily approved before being published. By hosting the website, we are able to have control over what they're showing on their websites. Here is an example of a secondary website: narrativegallery.com. We are currently in the process of turning Authorized Gallery, which is a squarespace 7.0 website, into an ecommerce website. While in the testing phase, we realized the "Acquire Now" product button is not transferring over to the secondary gallery website. I am afraid that means the ecommerce portion of our website is not transferable when embedding into a secondary site. Is there a solution to ensure the secondary galleries can perform transactions on their websites?
