Customizing Order Status/Confirmation Page and Emails

Hello everyone,

I'm currently building a website and need some assistance with customizing certain elements. Specifically, I'd like to alter the order status/confirmation page (selling a service) and the order confirmation email.

Here's what I'd like to achieve:

• I want to include links to URLs that contain merge tags. For example, I want to be able to dynamically include the order number in the URL, such as 'support.mycompany.com/something/{{Order_Number}}` or a `mailto:email?body={Order_Number}}`).
• I also want to add CTA-type buttons (or images) with links. It'd be great if these could include merge tags (within the link) too, but it's not a necessity.

I don't need to customize based on product sold or anything

Does anyone know if it's possible to implement any of these? And if so, could you provide some guidance on how to do so?
