niteshifte Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 When a customer tries to order too many items in the Shop from a particular item when we don't have that many in stock, they get a message which says 'Unable to add Item. Sorry we have 'x' of that item available. In the Basket however when they try and add too many items, it simply says 'Unable to update quantity. Please try again.' It looks like there is an error as it doesn't explain what is wrong. Can both these messages be the exact same? Thanks, Peter Link to comment
