Link button to add document URL is missing

 My link editor has no option to upload and URL to a saved document - instrauction 3 through 5?  I am an account administrator. What is going wrong? Help

Instructions To link to a file:

1. Click  in the URL field.
2. Click File in the link editor.
3. Click Upload File to select a file from your computer, or search for a previously uploaded file.
4. After uploading or searching, click the file you want to link. A checkmark appears beside the selected file.
5. Click Save, then click Apply or Save.

Please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly for assistance.

It comes up on the right side of the window after you click file. It is above the "open in new window" toggle.
