How to make the BG video to stop crop and rather just show the full width in mobile as well as desktop

This is the desktop view of the website, this video is in a background of an empty block. I like this way, but....

When in mobile, it looks like this,

This is cropped in to fit the screens. I don't want to do that. I want it show the video as it is and not crop in.

How do I do that?

Having some similar issue here, making the block bigger on my end, doesn't seem to enlarger the video, still leaving black space on the left and right
