WinAgain
A member of my community just was just auto-renewed her annual membership and the significant charge went onto a card she'd rather not use. Looks like there is already a $38 fee that Stripe / SS charged on the transaction, so refunding it will result in that $38 fee staying in their hands, and if she goes back in to buy the membership w a new card, it will result in another fee. Since this is all going down today, and recommendations on how to do this without having to get hit w two processing fees, along with inconveniencing the customer? Link to comment
paul2009
Refunds don't include a refund of Stripe's processing fees. There isn't a way to avoid these when you issue a refund. About: SQSP User for 17 yrs.
