Get a custom bar that automatically scrolls to a specific section on the page

I want something on the side that will automatically scroll to a specific part of the page that I am on. Also, it will continue to stay on the page once I scroll down to that specific part, so I can continue to click on this thing to scroll to different parts of the website. It would allow me to easily navigate longer pages without having to scroll.

You mean a bar, always sticky to top of screen when you scroll down.

and when you click on each links on this bar >> it will scroll to section + still keep sticky bar on top
