Why can't I change size of my navigation bar in 7.1

I'm trying to find how I can change the size of my navigation bars.  I'm also confused on changing colors.  I'm a 76 year old that has been using Squarespace for over 10 years.  I have NEVER had a problem before.  Now all of a sudden on 7.1 I'm unable to change the size.  Where is it?  What happened to the option to change colors? size?  I tried to get help from Nichole at support.  It was a waste of time.  She said to go to Site Styles.  It's confusing because I don't see how to change the colors or sizes?  Can anyone help.

Hi @pamppllc I'm sorry you're having problems! I will try and help.

You should be able to make some adjustments in the header menu, edit the page and click on edit header.

You have options for global adjustments, as well as specific for desktop and mobile in the tabs at the top.

Run through the all the settings and if you can't adjust what you want, let me know what you need help changing.
