Troubles in connecting a domain from a third-party provider

I have troubles connecting a domain from a third-party provider. My domain provider (CARNET) only allows entries for NS and A records, while MX record, CNAME record, TXT record and similar are not supported. Furthermore, I cannot access to my Domains panel and see records as it shows 'Status unavailable'. How can I solve this issue and connect a domain (leart.hr)?
