Add to Calendar Link In Email Campaigns

Hi, 

I am starting an email campaign that is automated to people singing up to a mailing list. 

In the email I want to include an add to calendar link. 

Can I add an .ics file? Or is there a way to host the event elsewhere that allows people to add the event to their calendar. 

It's a repeating event. 

Open to any and all creative ideas.
