Having a coding or script issue where my footer only works on my about page and I don't know how to fix it.

Hi all thank you in advance for your help!

I am having an issue where my footer buttons are only working on my about page and not any other of the pages on my website. 
I believe I have a broken code or script but my developer is not available to fix at the moment.

It's not working on any pages except the about page.

A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/.

Please set up a site-wide password, if your site is not public and you've not already done so.

Post the password here.

Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site.

Thank you for the advice. I updated question above and included the links that aren't working as well as a loom video explaining a bit more. The site is live so I didn't make a site-wide password. 

 

I'm not seeing any easy answers. I suspect a conflict between multiple effects.

What I am seeing are multiple versions of jQuery installed. jqueryuitouch-punchmin.js is not loading because of an error.

I think diagnosing the issue is doing to take a fair amount of time.
