Glitch When Editing Product Design

When I try to change a product's design from a Simple Design layout to any other layout, a pop-up appears that says, "Couldn't update collection. aclId can only be added to a collection with member areas"

How can I avoid this?

Please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly. Forum users would love to help but we are unable to assist with technical issues.

This is an ongoing issue. Please report to Squarespace Customer Care directly.

I am also running into this issue. I emailed Customer Care who were unable to assist as 'they couldnt replicate it on their end'

HELP!!

I've just had the same issue and Squarespace support told me to remove the password on the Store, then change the layout, then I can add the password back.

For me, this has worked, so if your Store is passworded, give it a try @jordyn11 @AJSlobig@hacthoun 🙂
