any way to hide the pay now & pay with pay pal buttons?

On certain appointment types - we want to hide the pay now button and only display the pay later button. I've had a good look around and it seems that you can only offer the pay now option or  have all options display  (pay now and pay later)

Is there any way to code this through CSS (we are on the powerhouse plan)

Also is there any way of editing the 'pay later' button to say something else i.e. book now?
