Troubleshooting embedded button - only work with double click first launched

Hey there, 

I am working with a gym that uses a client management software for memberships, scheduling etc.. The software company have provided buttons to embed on the website. However, on opening/refreshing the page, the embedded buttons need to be clicked twice, but only when you first launch the page. Once you've clicked twice, it works with one click like it should. Does anyone know how to resolve this or what might be going wrong?
