Made my text blocks overflow and now the block is massive

So, I made my text blocks overflow/scroll and now the actual block is massive. This is really only a problem in the mobile version (photo attached, they stretch down much further). Is there any way to get rid of this so I can shrink my section? There is so much empty space because of this.

(I am aware this is because the block is accounting for where the text would be if it weren't overflowing, just not sure how to fix it)

I think you could probably set the text boxes to max-height: fit-content; but if you can share the URL and pw that would help us be able to test and confirm!
