Sophia2002
Hi there! I have a design/style issue that just annoys me, however does not affect the usability of the site. When my site refreshes, you can see that there is a background color (white) behind my site background (black) and it is very noticeable on mobile/tablet. Not only can you see it while refreshing the site on mobile, but the address bar is also white which is too hard on the eyes since my site background is black. I've tried everything from tweaking my color palette, changing the header color to solid black, using chrome & safari, etc. So, I'm guessing the only solution now is to use custom CSS. Can somebody provide me with a custom code that will allow me to have my refresh background the same color as my site background? Thank you so much! 🙂 Link to comment
Sophia2002
I forgot to mention that the refresh background matches on some pages, but not the home page + some others. I don't know why this is. Link to comment

Sophia2002
Hello Tuan thank you for the reply. unfortunately I already tried that method of going to the color palette. I'm talking about the color of the search address bar at the top of my site. I'm not 100% if this is controlled by Squarespace or my search engine. Is there a way to implement custom code so that every search engine address bar will be black/dark to match the color of my site background? Thanks Link to comment
