How to change button size (font,padding, etc) to scale smaller on Mobile View?

I've figured out how to make the mobile view font size smaller throughout my sight, but can't figure out how to downsize buttons.

Also, on the navigation between blogs.

My comments button is broken on mobile, probably because the size isnt adjusted

@tuanphan  I did! I sent this in a message, but still having trouble making the comment area fonts/sizing even.

Do you know how to change the font size of the actual comment content?  It's much smaller than the name and like count, and would like the comment to be the main focus. Thank you.

***Honestly, can you help me create even sizing throughout the whole comment block? All the fonts the same in the comments section*** Also the "preview" is really far way from the button "Log your workout"
