Solid Line Under Nav Permanently & Solid Colour Block Stretching Through Header + Section

Could anyone help me with code to achieve the following:

A solid line/border underneath the navigation but not including the button. I want the text to almost sit on it, as per the drawing.

Also, a solid colour box that sits flush to the top of the page and stretches down into the first section too. Only on the homepage. Again, as per the drawing attached.

Thank you in advance 🙂

I think you can add a section to top, then use a background image with half of image is orange color, half is white color, then we can move code to move it behind header. SO you can achieve solid color block logo

With nav underline, add this to Design > Custom CSS

nav.header-nav-list {
    border-bottom: 1px solid black;
}
