Image as section divider

trying to insert this png (or svg) as section divider or a divider within a section. Is there a code I can use? When I insert it as an image block it gets too big. 

Perhaps such a solution without coding is suitable, make a section in between, for which you set this narrow image as the background image, and then set the height of the section to a size suitable for the image.

You can change the height via the "Edit Section".
