How to have a background image that barely moves when scrolling to the next section which eventually covers image?

I am trying to add this feature to my website with a main image in the background that barely moves while scrolling, but I cannot figure this out. Is this a specific Squarespace preset, or does it require a custom code? Thank you in advance!
