Can’t get template to work

Trying to modify the  Montclair template on an iPad Pro. Can’t open editing menus to modify  Item inHeader. Can only modify main header, but to the left where it has a link to “All Prints” clicking on those words doesn’t generate a text box to edit. Watched the recorded intro Webinar but can’t get editing menus to appear as demonstrated. Does you app not work on the iPad Pro? I’m on iOS 16.5.1 so I’m up to date.
