GreenColleen Posted July 12, 2023 Share Posted July 12, 2023 For a number of months, the email notification from SquareSpace that someone had signed up and paid for a workshop were going to my Junk Folder. Now I don't receive the notifications at all. Can anyone share how to manage these notifications? Now I have to check my Commerce page a couple of times a day. Link to comment

When your emails are marked as Junk, do you tell your email client that these emails are not junk? Most modern clients have this ability. Find my contributions useful?
