How can I link an alternative uploaded file with css for a portrait dimension video montage file on my homepage for mobile devices?

The video is cut off on mobile, so we've created a portrait dimension one we would like to use.

You can add 2 sections and design video for desktop, mobile, then we can give code to show 1 on desktop, show another on mobile
