Can member area forms include member details authomatically when a form is submitted?

I'm trying to create an eCourse using Squarespace member areas. I'm experimenting with using the form feature to create assessments and quizzes for the participants. Is there a way to set up forms in member areas to automatically include member details when a form is submitted? I have lots of quizzes scattered throughout the course. So it would become tedious for the participants if they had to enter their name or other details every time they complete a quiz.
