Reduce padding under specific section (div container)

Hi There, 

I need some help with reducing adding under a specific div container section. I don't want the reduced padding to effect the whole site but only a single section. 

I have done this:

    padding-top: 100px !important;
    padding-bottom: none !important;
  margin-bottom: 0 !important;
}

but the bottom padding is not reducing for some reason. 

The site is not live yet but should be very soon.
