Astoria
Hello! Is there a way to set a minimum number of attendees required for group classes booked on Acuity Scheduling? I have a client who would like to set a minimum of at least 4 people for her group classes so she isn't having days where there is only 1 booking. Is this possible? If not, perhaps there is a workaround I haven't thought of? Link to comment
nathanb
I'm also curious about this. Did you ever find an answer? Link to comment

I ended up reaching out to support so I am hoping to hear back over the next day or so. I'll update the post with their reply, I'm assuming it isn't currently possible but hoping this will be a feature added in the future. It's a pretty popular request with my clients who hold classes and workshops. Link to comment

I see that you'd like to require a minimum number of attendees for group classes. This is currently not a feature that Acuity offers. I'm happy to submit this as a feature request. Feedback directly from Acuity users is important for the development of the platform, but we aren’t able to guarantee if/when certain features might be built or changed. The only workaround I could think of would be to collect interest about the class outside of Acuity (for example, through a form on a website) and only place the class on the calendar in Acuity when you know you have enough clients who are interested. I hope that helps clarify, please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day, James F. Burkhead 1 Link to comment
