Creating PDFs of individual blogs

I have created a password protected family history site. I want to be able to download PDFs of individual pages to use as digital records and to send as individual records. There are a mixture of short and long stories (as blogs). I've used Fireshot to create PDFs but it is unsatisfactory: the text and images are blurred and often bits are missing.  Any suggestions? Unfortunately I can't attach a PDF as an example.

How about using a PDF printer on your computer?

This is the print dialog using macOS.

I used the AMP version of the blog post to reduce cruft.

Thanks. Worked better, but some of the photographs are still being broken across the pages and, more worryingly, on longer blogs some bits just don't appear.

Still seeking a solution.
