ApolloB
Hi All, Apologies if this is a simple question. I am new to Squarespace and I couldn't find the answer in the forum. I have built my website but it doesn't appear unless I go to the home page. Not working: www.apollotalent.com.au Working: www.apollotalent.com.au/home How to do I make the home page work as just the domain name? Thank you. Link to comment
creedon
It appears you are still getting the default SS domain parking page for the not working domain. When did you associate your domain with your site? You may find the following page of some use although it probably does not have a specific answer. creedon
I just checked again assuming it was a DNS cache kind of issue and it is still not working for me. I quit my browser, cleared my DNS cache, tried again, no joy. It could still be some caching upstream from me. Usually though when I clear my cache DNS issues clear. @paul2009 is in the UK and I'm in the Great Pacific Northwest of the USA. I'm thinking @paul2009 didn't get stale DNS information so waiting at least 24 hours and up to 72 from your first noticing the issue and try again. The hours wait is a fairly standard DNS thing based on how it works. Let us know how it goes. paul2009 1 Find my contributions useful?
