Unable to move domain from one Squarespace account to another

I am administrator for two client accounts with Squarespace. I am attempting to move a new domain to another account and use that as the main domain. Despite being an admin on both accounts, when I select to move the domain, I get a “no domains exist to move” error message. What do I need to do to make this work? The new domain we are trying to add is cameronbuilderssf.com.

Hi, did you get any solution to this problem? I'm experiencing  the same problem and there is not much support around here

Yeah, it turned out the two sites were under two different accounts. I had to transfer a site to the other account and then it worked.
