My TTF file won't upload?

I can't get my TTF font file to upload -- you can see in the error message it even has the file name showing -- 

Are you sure the file is actually a TTF file? The typed extension of a file means nothing to the actual contents of the file.

I just tested uploading a TTF file on my test site and it worked a treat.

Hi, I am getting the same error. I have tried otf and ttf files.

To make sure i am uploading the correct file (as creedon said)  I downloaded the file of this post (i grabbed the link from the code) then I uploaded it and got the same error.

There must be some error with the platform....

I just tried the font file you downloaded and had an error with. I had no issues uploading it to my test site.

Whatever is happening is not a generalized issue.

This leaves us with a couple of possibilities. The font files you are downloading are being corrupted or SS is having an intermittent issue uploading.

Could you email me the font file you downloaded so I can compare it to the file I downloaded? If so DM me.

I'm having the same issue.

@JavierRamirez sent me the font file and it matches the file I downloaded from Google. I also was able to upload the sent file without issue.

This leaves me to believe this is an issue on SS's side. We won't be able to help with an SS backend issue.

I'm having the same issue, was anyone able to resolve this? 

Also having the same issue. If anyone is able to resolve please post. I am in the 14 day trial if that has any impact.

Try the workaround from @SHADOWNUT.

Go to the /config/editor URL for your built-in SS domain. For example.

https://your-built-in-domain.squarespace.com/config/editor
