How to fix this spacing issue when website is viewed on tablet

I’ve tried to fix this spacing issue with a plug-in that didn’t work. I need to know how to decrease the section height and align the content to the bottom of the page. 

I am styling it under the css tablet media queries.

I think the height of the page content is not enough to fill the height of the tablet screen, so it will appear white space. We can use the code to change the page color, to make that white space the same color as the rest.

You can add this to Design > Custom CSS
