How to create anchor links without code block

Hi All,

trying to add anchor links to me navigation menu for the homepage. 
 

not all sections I can add a code block so unable to do this way I think.

With the List Section, it always has an ID available, so we can target it. With the Gallery Section, we can insert a Code Block into the section above it, then use CSS to push the Code Block down a bit, in place of the Gallery Section.

Which section you want to add Code Block?
