Make Image Block Sit underneath Navigation Bar

Hi,

I want my images in my first section to sit underneath the navigation bar so the logo and menu option overlap on top of my images, so I do not have that white space at the top. I have it set to dynamic but still the content sits underneath and theres this white space. 

This is how it looks. How can I shift the content up underneath a transparent navigation bar?

This is homepage? You can add this to Design > Custom CSS

}
