Help needed to remove digital resource/e-book from listing in google

Hi! I was initially offering a free digital resource e-book to new subscribers. The subscribers would submit their email info and then a Squarespace page would open with the e-book. I've since switched to Zapier and now that same e-book file/pdf is sent directly to the new subscribers email address. 

The problem is that my the full e-book can be found (or is discoverable) in a google listing (it's linked back to my website). I've deleted that old pages that held the e-book and I've also deleted the e-book file from my assets/files in Squarespace. However, the e-book is still listed.

Is there any way to remove/cancel the link to my e-book altogether? Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
