Add name field to newsletter pop-up

I have a newsletter promotional pop-up that includes a space for users to enter their email addresses. I'd also like to have a field for users to enter their names. I can't seem to find a way to add the additional field - is there a way to do it via CSS?

Thank you. That's disappointing. Yes, I've got the name field in a newsletter block elsewhere. Would make sense if they allowed the addition of a name field in the pop-ups too - serves the same purpose as the newsletter.
