I'm keen to create some kind of fun hover effect for my site's Primary Nav & Video Gallery Category Links

Would there be a way to make these bounce or similar? If not, even just change colour OR opacity?

ALSO, on a completely other note, is there a way to nest these categories under a dropdown INSTEAD of as separate links?
