Hide page links in member area nav

Hi, I've searched hi and low for an answer on this but to put it plainly, I have a lot of page links I need behind the member area wall on SS but don't want users to be presented with all those links on the fly-out menu that's native to SS, when they log in. (see screen shot, there will be more links than what is shown)

So I'd like to ideally, hide those links with exception to the 'dashboard' option at the top of the members area nav. 

Any help or guidance would be great.
