I have about 5 customers that can't find the product review email and I would love to send it without having to make a discount code for them to get an email again. Thanks! Carolkina Link to comment

It's one of a number of features that I'd love to see, including the ability to respond to customers who take the time to provide a review. To ensure your request is seen by the right people at Squarespace, please submit it via Squarespace Customer Care using a support ticket as it may not be seen on the forum (see the guidelines - item 6). Squarespace needs to make the option to resend product review email or for customers to be able to directly go to the site under their purchases and submit a review. Lot of customers don't see their emails or end up in spam. Link to comment
