RewardStyle / LTKit Widget Not Working

Trying to load my client's Reward Style widget onto a new homepage: www.abbyroadhome.com/try1234home

Looking through other people's posts - I can't disable Ajax loading because she's on version 7.1 where it doesn't exist anymore as a check box. I've checked for pop-up blocker problems in console. But it just loads the code and won't even load content. 

This is the code, and I selected Javascript in the dropdown for the code box.

What am I doing wrong? This is essential for her site, so I have to get it working. 

The url doesn't exist. Can you check it again?
