Code to remove "Any Available" option with Scheduling Calendar

Hi Circle friends,

I have been experimenting with the "any available" option in Scheduling when linking 2 calendars to book the same type of appointment. But unfortunately this option is universal, and I want to "turn it off" on one specific calendar. I've tried poking around Custom CSS, injecting header code, inserting a code block... nothing works to hide the "any available" option without using Scheduling's built-in option under "Customize Appearance" that turns it off all other booking pages that need it. 

This is what I tried in Custom CSS:
