To do this you'll amend the DNS settings of the cparcer subdomain to point to the Squarespace website. Did this help? niKArig Posted June 28, 2023 Author Posted June 28, 2023 Currently what we have in place is redirect on F5 for www.muni.org/cpacer that point to anc-cpacer.squrespace.com but we want URL to keep the muni.org as cpacer.muni.org

Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️ i have CNAME record in DNS that points cpacer to ext-cust.squarespace.com on the squarespace. on the squarespace side i have Domain primary for muni.org that is only validated partially for verily.squarespace.com because I can't point www or @ to squarespace. another domain connection for cpacer.muni.org. is fully connected on the squarespace side. what happens in that squarespace does to www.muni.org and/or muni.org and not cpacer.muni.org. what am i missing here.
Solution paul2009 Posted June 28, 2023 Solution Posted June 28, 2023 If you haven't read through this already, I recommend the support guide: Connecting a third-party subdomain to your Squarespace site. If you have further questions, I recommend getting on touch with Squarespace Customer Care using their online chat service as this will require some troubleshooting, and we don't have access to the backend of the site.
