Picture Carousel looks nice in website view but horrible in mobile

On the front page of my website I have a picture carousel that looks nice in desktop view but on mobile view the picture box is vertical meaning the image doesn't fit. I want it so when my website is viewed in mobile, the carousel is in horizontal mode so that the images fit perfectly. 

I have attached images to show the difference. 

Would anyone be able to help please?

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS
