Disable Mobile Site via Code

I'm using the Fluid Engine which apparently doesn't allow for disabling mobile view. Is there a way to accomplish both this and disabling the compact menu via CSS? Mobile view and the compact menu just don't look very good with my site, I don't really need them anyways since my site has sort of a retro theme that clashes with it, and the site will mainly be for desktop users looking to download a game.

Thanks for your response! That solution works but the site's layout still appears strangely. This might be an odd request, but would it be possible to force the entire site to load at 50% zoom on mobile? Because when using the code you provided, the site looks pretty optimal around that size when I zoom out.
