Can't locate "External API Keys"

Hi, I am working on a client's website and they have me as a contributor to their site which this may be the reason as to why I can't see the advanced settings. I need to update their captcha and API keys but I cannot find the "advanced" portion in settings to even get to "external API keys". Can someone please help me??

Squarespace recently made some changes:

• The Advanced menu has been renamed Developer Tools (June 2023) 
• Squarespace upgraded the reCaptcha to version 3 and simplified the configuration. You no longer need a Google account or to provide site specific API keys.

But reCaptcha is clearly not working on my new domain, as I've been getting bots contact me through the form since I've set it up. What do you suggest I do? thanks
