Need help with food clickable image

Hi Everyone,

I need help on custom css. 

I want to do a page whereby I click and image and it scroll down to a particular section of the page to give more information. 

Example;

https://www.aviationgin.com/cocktails

Under the cocktails page, you see all the cocktails at the top then if I click, example ' Ovation' it scrolls down to a section of page where it gives more details. 

I want to do that, can anyone please help on how to achieve it please..
